PPRD HAND IN.

So I've managed to hand my PPRD in a few days early so that's a weight off my mind! I have designed my own cover, cd cover, CV and notebook to hand in. My portfolio I feel needs a bit of work done to it, but I will wait for my feedback ready to apply for when I take y portfolio to the final show.
I have found PPRD very useful to me and it has been really good to reflect on each day and be able to look back and see how I have progressed both in skills and confidence throughout the year.

Evaluation to follow...

I can now focus on my professional project!

PPRD.

So for the last few days I have been particularly focusing on my PPRD ready for the hand-in on Monday, and I'm pleased with what I have so far! I am so glad I kept my blog going from day one as it has everything I need to know on it for the past year :)
Good times.

CV

My CV is finally done! Here is a taster...

THOUGHTS CONCERNING MY PROFESSIONAL PROJECT (and chat with Jo).

The more I talk to people about my professional project, the more ideas I am getting and it seems my list is growing everyday.
My most recent thought is putting my quotes and phrases into the environment and photographing this, not only as a documentary of my work but also to record how people react. This can be presented as a photobook, similar to that of Banksy, or an album or photo collage.
These things can be thought of at a much later time!

For now I need to get on with my research, something I really want to abandon right now as I want to just get on with getting my hands dirty and making stuff! :)

ANNA MIDDLETON SEMINAR.

9.30 start and straight into Anna's seminar session for the theory essay. Fortunately, plenty of people didn't read their e-mails so Tom, Lauren and myself all pretty much got a one to one tutorial which I found extremely helpful..
I showed my reading list which I need to research and possible case studies. I also finally have a working title!
"Visual analysis for shock advertising campaigns and it's specific use of colour".
It still needs working on, but I have something to refer to now :)

Since then I have been back and forth to the library making various photocopies ready for a reading session some time later in the week.
Finally getting on track AND I understand what I'm doing so far! Good times.
